We are excited to introduce the NEW web-enabled SET (Southend, Essex and Thurrock) Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedures.
Designed with efficiency in mind, the updated platform is easier to navigate, helping you quickly access the information you need.
The procedures have been refreshed to reflect current practice and recent legislative changes. They will continue to be reviewed and updated regularly, so please register for notifications to stay informed whenever new changes are made.
When do the updated procedures come into effect?
The new procedures come into effect from Wednesday 1 April 2026. Please disregard any previous versions you may have.
