Learning Objectives:
- Consider the use of value of reflection as a process.
- Discuss how we create psychological safety in order to facilitate reflection.
- Examine models of reflective practice and experiential learning.
- Practice using these cycles and consider our own blocks and barriers to reflection.
- Action plan using tools and resources to take forward.
This session is best suited for managers who provide case supervision for practitioners.
